With regard to the distribution of the Church flowers, if you know of anyone who is sick or housebound, please notify Alison Macauslane on 813265, or any other member of the Pastoral care committee.
The Presbytery of Hamilton has asked that all congregations are notified of their vacancy for a Chaplain. This is a part-time post and is not restricted to Ministers. Information about the post, person spec and application details, have been posted on the notice board in the front vestibule.
The Social Committee’s annual walk round the island of Cumbrae will take place on Sunday 1st August. The five mile walk round the island to Millport provides excellent views of the Firth of Clyde, and the terrain is flat and easy. A suitable eating venue will be selected either in Millport or on return to Largs. All those interested should meet at Largs pier in time to join the 2.15 pm ferry to Cumbrae.
There are a limited number of copies of the Church of Scotland Annual Review in the front vestibule. Please feel free to take a copy, and return it when you are finished with it so other people can read it.
